Easy Boot Cuffs DIY Pattern

 These Boot Cuffs are so easy to knit, you can whip them right up!
Great for stocking stuffers or for yourself. :)

Boot Cuff Pattern

  I used an acrylic yarn but any type yarn will work.  These are also nice with wool and varigated yarns.
US Size 10.5 Knitting Needles

P = Purl

K = Knit
  CO = Cast On

The size in this pattern will fit an adult.  To adjust the pattern for a Larger Size, add 4 CO (52) in the beginning or for a Smaller Size, deduct 4 CO.  Add or deduct in quantities of 4 CO

Cast on (CO) 48 stitches, leaving a long (~12") piece of yarn for finishing at end.

Rows 1 - 5 ~  *K2, P2* to end

Row 6 ~ K

Row 7 ~ P

Rows 8 - 20 ~ Repeat Rows 6 and 7

Rows 21 - 25 ~ *K2, P2* to end

Fold Cuff with Right Sides together.  Use long tail from CO to sew the seam.

Weave in ends.

 I hope you like this pattern, and if you do, please feel free to Pin this post. "Pin It" button is located on the right sidebar. Thanks!! :)

    1. You can make them any width you would like. To make them smaller, just reduce the number of chain stitches you start with or increase the number to make them larger. Remember to use an even number though so your rows end properly.

      Thanks, Darlene

  5. Can you do this pattern using circular needles and knit in the round?

    1. I have knitted in the round before but I am not an expert in that area!! I don't see why you wouldn't be able to knit them in the round but I couldn't tell you which needle you would need to use. I used a Size 10.5 straight needle for this pattern.
